Member Account Representative – Fall Creek & Onalaska

We are looking to add Member Account Representatives to our team in our Fall Creek and Onalaska offices! These positions are full-time and offer a complete benefits package, along with generous paid time off, while working as part of a rewarding team that makes a difference every day! Member Account Representatives open new and service existing share accounts, business accounts, etc. as well as assist members with consumer lending needs.

An ideal candidate will have excellent communication, customer service, and relationship building skills. They will have sound decision making and reasoning skills, as well as basic mathematical and computer skills. Related financial background is preferred but not required.

Student Member Service Representative – Black River Falls & Galesville

We are now looking to add Student Member Service  Representatives to our team in Black River Falls and Galesville! These part-time positions are great for high school students to gain experience and skills in a professional, community-focused, and employee friendly environment prior to graduation. Student Member Service Representatives are the “face” of CCU and welcome members and non-members in a professional manner. They provide exceptional, efficient service during a wide range of face-to-face transactions, and assist with CCU’s financial literacy initiatives.

Shifts are typically scheduled in the afternoons after school, as well as a rotating Saturday morning schedule. There is opportunity for increased hours during school breaks and days school is not in session.

An ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, as well as basic mathematical and computer skills. Cash handling and customer service experience is preferred but not required.
