- Refund of surcharge ATM fees (up to $20.00 per statement cycle)
- Surcharge ATM fees are foreign fees assessed by merchant holding the ATM. The CCU charge of $1 fee per ATM withdrawal over the 5 allowed per month on CCU ATMs are not a surcharge fee that would be refunded.

Through CCU Mobile, you can notify CCU of any upcoming travel plans to avoid any potential card restrictions through 'Card Management'. Or call 800-258-0023 or send a message through CCU Online or Mobile indicating the dates of travel and states and/or countries visited.
