Member Contact Agent - Black River Falls or Galesville
We have openings for full-time and part-time Member Contact Agents in our Black River Falls and Galesville office! In this position, you will provide exceptional and efficient member service over the phone on a full range of credit union products and services.
An ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as basic mathematical and computer skills, including Microsoft Excel. Related financial background or call center experience is preferred but not required. We look forward to hearing from you!
Commercial Loan Processor - Black River Falls
We have an opening for a full time Commerical Loan Processor in our Black River Falls office! In this role, you will support our agriculture and business lending department by ensuring accurate and efficient preparation of commercial and agricultural loan applications. You will also handle administrative duties and maintain correspondence with our members.
An ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent multi-tasking and time management skills, and effective verbal and written communication abilities. While related financial experience or post-secondary education is preferred, it is not required. We look forward to hearing from you!
Member Account Representative - Fall Creek
We have an opening for a full-time Member Account Representative in our Fall Creek office! In this position, you will serve as a vital liaison between our members and the credit union. You will assist members with account information, both over the phone and in person, covering a wide range of credit union products and services. Additionally, you will open new share accounts and service existing consumer loans, while also providing backup support for Member Service Representatives (teller) duties as needed.
An ideal candidate will have excellent customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills, along with sound decision-making abilities and basic mathematical and computer proficiency skills. While a related financial background is preferred, it is not required. We look forward to hearing from you!
