Your days are busy enough, let CCU save you time with anytime, anywhere access to your CCU account through CCU Mobile, CCU's mobile banking platform! CCU Mobile is a safe, secure way to inquire, transact and set alerts on your CCU accounts. With your smartphone, computer or tablet, you always have access to your account information.
Use any smartphone for easy access to your account using your CCU Online ID (username) and password. Check your balance, make transfers, pay bills and deposit checks with Mobile Deposit. Plus, establish text reminders of account balances, and bills or payments due. Our mobile app is free; however, you may incur charges when accessing the internet.

Mobile Deposit
Depositing checks from your smartphone is as easy as 1, 2, 3! The feature will automatically appear on your app if you are eligible for the service.
- Log in to CCU Mobile
- Tap the 'Deposit' button from the Dashboard, or tap 'Menu' then 'Deposit Checks'
- Enter the check amount
- Tap 'Continue'
- Select an account to deposit the check into
- Endorse the check with your signature and "For Mobile Deposit Only at Co-op CU"
- Follow the onscreen instructions to take photos of the front and back of the check
- Tap 'Continue'
- Review and tap 'Submit' when complete
- That's it! Make sure to store the physical check for at least 14 days before destroying
There are specific requirements for endorsing checks for Mobile Deposit. Sign your name on the endorsement line and place "For Mobile Deposit Only at Co-op CU" directly below your signature. Your deposit will be declined if your endorsement does not meet this requirement.
Biometric Access
Once you've logged in for the first time, you'll be able to set your fingerprint or use facial recognition to securely and quickly login.
Card Management and Travel Notices
Under 'Card Management', you can toggle your debit card from on and off when not in use or if you have lost your debit card. From here, you can also report your debit card as lost or stolen.
By selecting 'Travel Notices' in the left-side menu, you can notify CCU of upcoming travel plans to help alleviate card issues while you're away.
Alerts & Secure Messaging
Set alerts to monitor account balances and transaction amounts!
- Log in to CCU Mobile
- Tap the 'Menu' button and tap your name at the bottom
- Select 'Settings' then select 'Co-op Credit Union' from the Accounts section
- Select the account you want to add the alert to
- Select 'Alert preferences'
- Choose either 'Balance alerts' or 'Transaction alerts' then select 'Add alert'
- Set your alert preferences and how you would like to receive the alert notification
- Once complete, select 'Add Alert'
- You're all set!
Send secure messages to CCU Representatives through CCU Mobile.
- Log in to CCU Mobile
- Tap the 'Menu' button and select 'Messages'
- Select the '+' button at the top right and a new chat box will appear for you to send a secure message
CCU Pay
Access CCU Pay through your Mobile Banking to set up one-time or recurring bill payments. From your CCU Mobile Dashboard, select the red 'Pay' button to access the Bill Pay site.
